The Hunt is On for Han Solo in Marvel's Star Wars: War of the Bounty Hunters

The chase begins in six new teasers for STAR WARS: WAR OF THE BOUNTY HUNTERS!

Justice Will Be Served By Marvel's Moon Knight

The Moon Knight you’ve been demanding by Jed MacKay and Alessandro Cappucio this July

The Fist of Khonshu returns this July! Moon Knight, one of Marvel’s most enigmatic and compelling heroes, is back in an all-new ongoing series written by Jed MacKay(Black Cat) and making his Marvel Comics debut, artist Alessandro Cappuccio (Mighty Morphin Power Rangers). MOON KNIGHT #1 will spin directly out of the recent “Age of Khonshu” arc in Jason Aaron’s Avengers run and promises to be a worthy new adventure for this fascinating character.

The mysterious Mr. Knight has opened his Midnight Mission, his people petitioning for protection from the weird and horrible. That protection is offered by Moon Knight, who stalks the rooftops and alleys marked with his crescent moon tag, bringing violence to any who would harm his people. Marc Spector, in whichever guise he dons, is back on the streets, a renegade priest of an unworthy god. But while Khonshu languishes in a prison that Moon Knight put him in, the white-cowled hero must still observe his duty: protecting those who travel at night. And let it be known – Moon Knight will keep the faith.

"I'm very excited to be working with Alessando Cappuccio on the continuing adventures of one of Marvel's biggest messes- Moon Knight!” MacKay said. “In the wake of his disastrous attempt to take over the world in the “Age of Khonshu,” Marc Spector (et al) has retreated to what he knows- busting heads on the streets. But despite betraying his god to the Avengers, the Fist of Khonshu's obligations remain the same- to protect those travelling at night. Apostate priest of the moon god, the mysterious Mr. Knight has opened the doors of his Midnight Mission, where those in fear of the weird and strange may petition for the aid of the Moon Knight! But this doesn't sit well with everyone, and hidden threats circle Marc's new start from the shadows..."

“When Tom Brevoort contacted me to work on the new Moon Knight series, I couldn't believe it,” Cappucio said. “Debuting in Marvel Comics with one of my favorite characters is a dream come true! The story is a new beginning for Moon Knight, Jed did an excellent job as usual on the scripts and I'm delighted to be working with a professional of his caliber.”

Since his first appearance in 1975’s Werewolf by Night #32 by comic book greats Doug Moench and Don Perlin, Moon Knight has stood out over the years thanks to his intriguing mythology and the psychological complexities of the character. Having enjoyed critically-acclaimed runs by Brian Michael Bendis, Warren Ellis, and Jeff Lemire, Mark Spector now makes his much-demanded return with a series that will give Moon Knight fans exactly what they’ve been asking for and serve as a perfect gateway for newcomers interested in this unique Marvel hero. Don’t miss the start of Moon Knight’s new era when MOON KNIGHT #1 hits stands on July 7th!

Batman: The Long Halloween, Part One | Trailer | Warner Bros. Entertainment

Inspired by the iconic mid-1990s DC story from Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale, Batman: The Long Halloween, Part One begins as a brutal murder on Halloween prompts Gotham’s young vigilante, the Batman, to form a pact with the city’s only two uncorrupt lawmen (Police Captain James Gordan and District Attorney Harvey Dent) in order to take down The Roman, head of the notorious and powerful Falcone Crime Family. But when more deaths occur on Thanksgiving and Christmas, it becomes clear that, instead of ordinary gang violence, they’re also dealing with a serial killer – the identity of whom, with each conflicting clue, grows harder to discern. Few cases have ever tested the wits of the World’s Greatest Detective like the mystery behind the Holiday Killer.

Seth Metoyer did Movies Music More the honor of allowing us to host the premiere of the visualizer for Brain Matter's newest single, "Internal Unrest." Many of you are already familiar with Seth from his grind / death onslaught Mangled Carpenter. Along with Kristeffor Olson providing bass and programming, the two have constructed a grating blend of industrial and metal that will surely please fans of Godflesh, Realize, Ministry, and Caustic Wound. Brace yourself for a crushing assault of crunching guitar, dystopic electronics, and drum machines that could be used as the battle march to armageddon.

Movie Review: "Godzilla vs. Kong"

"Godzilla vs. Kong" is all the spectacle you could want in a Kaiju showdown. The battle royales are lit up by the sun or the neon lights of downtown Hong Kong. Nobody is trying to mask shoddy CGI here, folks.

Movie Review: "30 Years of Sacrifice: The Story of Living Sacrifice"

I can't think of a more fitting title for this music documentary than "30 Years of Sacrifice: The Story of Living Sacrifice." Here is a band who, for all intents and purposes, should sit next to bands like Kreator, Overkill, Exodus, Testament, Death Angel, and the likes in the ceremonial wings of the Heavy Metal Hall of Fame. In many people's minds (including mine), they do. But to some, their overt Christian faith somehow unfairly held them back. That didn't keep them from fighting for their place in both the mainstream and Christian music history for the past three decades.

Movie Review: Zack Snyder's Justice League

Zack Snyder's Justice League is quite possibly one of the finest superhero films ever crafted. It's way better than the Joss Whedon version we got in 2017. I didn't dislike that vision, but the differences in quality and passion for the source material between the two movies are immediately recognizable.

He was a founding member of the band and re-joined them for several reunions starting in 1996.
