In an interview with RNZ, producer Jon Landau spilled on some plot details and what we can expect to see in James Cameron's upcoming Avatar 2. "This is the story of the Sully family and what one does to keep their family together. Jake (Sam Worthington) and Neytiri (Zoe Saldana) have a family in this movie, they are forced to leave their home, they go out and explore the different regions of Pandora, including spending quite a bit of time on the water, around the water, in the water," he shared. Avatar 2 is set to come out in theaters on December 27, 2021.
