Max Schnell:
Max Schnell started as a humble production sedan from Stuttgart , Germany . An avid amateur racer, Max would practice alone in the back roads of the dense Black Forest —a trek that eventually caught the eye of a racing team owner. Soon Max was on a professional circuit, bearing the #4, and as his horsepower increased, he converted himself to carbon fiber, dropping his weight and getting into prime racing shape. He’s won more races at Motorheimring than any other World Torque Champion League car in history. A naturally brilliant engineer, he used logic and analytics to refine his build, and plans to approach the World Grand Prix in the same perfectly calculated manner.
Miguel Camino:
Spain’s most renowned, admired and captivating car is Pamplona ’s Miguel Camino. He first caught his home country’s attention by participating in the infamous Running of the Bulldozers. His flair, style and speed as a toreador in the dozer ring has inspired a generation of young bulldozer fighters, and soon that same speed and verve turned headlights of fans and competitors alike on the Grand Touring Sport racing circuit. Bearing the #5 and the fiery colors of the Spanish flag, Miguel Camino is hoping to race his way into more hearts at the World Grand Prix.

Disneynature’s plans to work with the African Wildlife Foundation (AWF) to “Save the Savanna” have gone viral.
As the April 22 opening of the awe-inspiring “African Cats” approaches, Disneynature is tapping into the true power of social media by building awareness of its “See ‘African Cats,’ Save the Savanna” program. The first-ever 3D outdoor event will take place on May 7th at Disneyland® Park in Anaheim , California , with all of the film’s stars expected to attend along with many Hollywood celebrities.
Produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and directed by Rob Marshall, “Pirates of the Caribbean : On Stranger Tides” captures the fun, adventure and humor that ignited the hit franchise—this time in Disney Digital 3D™. Johnny Depp returns to his iconic role of Captain Jack Sparrow in the action-packed adventure.
Individual tickets for the premiere event are priced at $1,000 and are now available for sale at www.piratespremiere.com. Disney is donating 100% of the proceeds from the ticket sales directly to Boys & Girls Clubs of America, whose mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need it most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

The special premiere benefit event continues the longstanding relationship between Boys & Girls Clubs of America and The Walt Disney Company, which started more than 50 years ago when Walt Disney was made an honorary member of the organization's board of governors.
For more than 100 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of America (www.bgca.org) has changed and saved lives, enabling young people to achieve great futures. Today, some 4,000 Boys & Girls Clubs serve some 4 million children and teens through Club membership and community outreach.
In addition to the funds raised by the premiere ticket sales, Pirate’s Booty, leader and manufacturer of all-natural snacks, has collaborated with Walt Disney Pictures to create a limited edition “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides”– themed package for its best-selling product, Pirate’s Booty Aged White Cheddar, and will be donating 5 cents to Boys & Girls Clubs of America for each bag sold between April 1 and July 31, 2011, with the goal being a $100,000 contribution.

The special premiere benefit event continues the longstanding relationship between Boys & Girls Clubs of America and The Walt Disney Company, which started more than 50 years ago when Walt Disney was made an honorary member of the organization's board of governors.
For more than 100 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of America (www.bgca.org) has changed and saved lives, enabling young people to achieve great futures. Today, some 4,000 Boys & Girls Clubs serve some 4 million children and teens through Club membership and community outreach.
In addition to the funds raised by the premiere ticket sales, Pirate’s Booty, leader and manufacturer of all-natural snacks, has collaborated with Walt Disney Pictures to create a limited edition “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides”– themed package for its best-selling product, Pirate’s Booty Aged White Cheddar, and will be donating 5 cents to Boys & Girls Clubs of America for each bag sold between April 1 and July 31, 2011, with the goal being a $100,000 contribution.
Leaders in technology are also collaborating with Disney to make the spectacular outdoor 3D movie event possible: XPAND 3D will be leveraging their new INFINITY Large Screen System for the 3D experience, and each guest will receive a pair of Pirates of the Caribbean–branded XPAND Universal 3D glasses; Christie® will be providing their Christie CP2230 digital cinema projectors to present the movie in stunning 3D clarity; and as exclusive telecommunications sponsor for the premiere, Verizon will be integrating their technology throughout the event.

Swamp Thing Returns For "Brightest Day"

With the reveal of Swamp Thing as the Dark Avatar, "BRIGHTEST DAY" gears up full-force to its epic finale. A plant/human hybrid, Swamp Thing first appeared in 1971 in the early-20th-century-based "HOUSE OF SECRETS #92," written by Len Wein, fan-favorite for his super hero adventures, and legendary horror artist Berni Wrightson. A year later, he returned as the star of his own series set in the contemporary DC Universe.
In this series, it was revealed that Swamp Thing was once completely human, in the form of scientist Alec Holland. When a bomb went off in his lab, Holland retreated to a nearby swamp and materialized as the plant elemental, Swamp Thing.
Throughout the years, there have been many different takes on Swamp Thing’s origins. In Alan Moore’s historic run, it is revealed that he was not in fact a reincarnation of Alec Holland, but rather a member of an ancient group of plants called the Parliament of Trees, and had only absorbed all of Holland’s memories and personality. It is this same Parliament of Trees that The Elementals must now protect in "BRIGHTEST DAY."
The star of four of his own series (1972, 1982, 2001, and 2004), Swamp Thing has had his stories intertwine with other supernatural characters in the DC Universe, including Phantom Stranger, Demon, Deadman, and on occasion, the Justice League of America. He has also repeatedly crossed paths with Batman, has lived alongside Pamela Isley (a.k.a Poison Ivy), and has taken on Lex Luthor (in issues 52-53 of "SWAMP THING VOL. 2") in the mid-80’s – around the same time he visited the abandoned Cambridge mansion in Crisis on Infinite Earths. His “American Gothic” storyline was just re-published in the hardcover, "Saga of the Swamp Thing: Volume 4."
With the ability to regenerate by turning any matter into his own body mass, Swamp Thing is a creature of monumental power and is quintessential to the DC Universe. After having been absent for so many years, what does his return signify?
